  • Life-threatening conditions
  • Heart attack or stroke
  • Open fractures
  • Severe bleeding
  • Chest pain
  • Head injury or other major trauma
  • One-sided weakness or numbness
  • Loss of consciousness
  • Severe abdominal pain
